Associate Attorney

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join our Business Practice team based in Hamilton, NJ. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who can work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial litigation, including:
  • Drafting pleadings and motions (including summary judgment and motions in limine)
  • Conducting written discovery
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Arguing motions
  • Handling trials
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and deliver excellent results.
• Maintain a well-organized case load with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Experience: 5 7 years of complex commercial litigation experience (real estate, shareholder/partnership disputes, employment, contract disputes, and/or intellectual property litigation).

Skills:

• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience managing discovery and drafting/arguing motions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sound judgment, integrity, and professionalism
• Ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Licensing: Admission to practice in New Jersey required; admission in Pennsylvania or New York is a plus.
