We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the administration and daily operations of a full-service bank branch. This in-office leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, superior client service, product sales growth, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will recruit, develop, and manage staff to achieve branch objectives while upholding the Bank’s policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of branch banking experience, including at least 5 years in branch management and 3 years managing complex business and consumer accounts. Candidates must demonstrate proven sales ability, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to successfully coach and develop staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems is required. A current California driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary, and Notary Public certification is preferred.
