Responsibility:
Content Creation and Editing:
Write or rewrite content for various categories (general or domain-specific) based on our client's's specifications.
This may include writing prompts, crafting responses to prompts, or rewriting existing content to improve quality and adherence to our client's's guidelines.
Conduct SxS evaluations and rewrite as necessary.
Factuality Check:
Verify the factual accuracy of the content within a specific domain (if applicable).
Conduct research and compare information with established sources.
Bias Detection:
Identify potential biases or unfair representations in the content, such as gender, racial, or cultural biases.
Alignment with User Intent:
Based on the provided prompt, assess if the AI-generated responses fully address a user's primary goal.
Advanced Evaluation:
Conduct in-depth evaluations of AI-generated content or contractor-written content for factual accuracy, synthesis, logical reasoning, relevance, presentation style, and language fluency.
Bias Analysis:
Identify potential biases, inconsistencies, or contradictions within AI-generated responses or contractor-written content.
Improve the Model:
Provide constructive feedback on limitations of AI models and contractor-written content to improve future responses and overall quality.
Skills:
Complete fluency in English and potentially other languages: Ability to work with the specific languages required by the project.
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent research skills and the ability to identify credible sources.
Proficient in grammar, punctuation, and style mechanics.
Understanding of best practices for content writing.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
