This position you will work remotely from your home for the majority of the time with flexibility to work in the office. There may be times you would go into the office for training, team meetings or engagement activities.

Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Monday through Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Monday through Friday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Monday through Friday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Monday through Friday 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Monday through Friday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Minimum Requirements:
This position can be filled at Customer Care Representative I or Customer Care Representative II level. The Hiring Manage will determine the level, based on the candidate's experience and background.
