**About the Role:**
As a Customer Success Account Manager, you’ll be reaching out to independent restaurants, building relationships with owners, and offering them our proven, no-cost menu solutions. This is an outbound sales position with pre-qualified leads, excellent training, and ongoing support to help you succeed. If you enjoy friendly conversations and care about helping small businesses, this is a great opportunity to put your communication skills to work from home.

**Compensation:**
**Base Pay:** $5 USD per hour (24 hours/week)
**Monthly Incentives:** $120 to $360+ (uncapped, based on performance)
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Make outbound calls to new restaurant accounts (120+ calls per 6-hour shift)
* Build rapport and present our free menu services to restaurant owners
* Follow up via email (using provided templates) and phone to answer questions and to sign-up accounts
* Meet and exceed performance and conversion goals
**Qualifications:**
* 1–2 years of B2B cold calling or phone sales experience (preferred)
* 1–2 years of account management or customer service experience (preferred)
* Previous work-from-home experience is a plus
* Must have a clear, neutral, or American/Canadian accent , a warm, reassuring tone or seasoned voice is a strong plus

* Self-motivated, dependable, and able to stay upbeat and consistent on calls
* Comfortable using basic online tools (email, CRM, scripts)
