We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate information in our systems and databases. This is a fully remote role that requires minimal supervision, making it ideal for individuals looking for flexible and easy administrative work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into computer systems and databases accurately and quickly

  • Verify and correct data where necessary

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

  • Communicate with team members for data clarification as needed

  • Follow company procedures for data handling and recordkeeping


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills (typing, internet navigation, email)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software

  • Ability to type at least 35–45 words per minute

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative work
