ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO is hiring dynamic HR Professionals to support our global Fortune 500 RPO client, a leader in the Financial Software Industry! The HR Advisor will provide Tier 1 HR Generalist support to our RPO client employees across North America. These opportunities are long-term/no end date W-2 Contract positions that will work 100% remote from your home office. (We have a strong preference of this employee working on the West Coast/Midwest)
Schedule: Saturday-Sunday, 7:30AM-3:30 PM PST, Thursday-Monday, 8-5PM PST.
Essential Functions
* Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HR's services and offerings, with exceptional quality, including, but not limited to: benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc.
* Deliver world class and personalized care experiences to all levels of the organization through multiple channels of communication, to include chat/phone/case work.
* Contribute to a highly collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to continuous improvement of the workforce experience.
* Partner closely with centers of excellence to influence improvement in programs and offerings based on voice of customer and customer experience.
* Coach end users through use of HR technology systems and SaaS applications.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
* Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, LOA, Payroll, Benefits, etc, with a focus on the employee experience
* Adept at coaching people leaders and employees
* Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment
* High attention to detail, comfortable with heavy use of technology and high volume of contacts
