This position is located in Customer Support of the Information Technology Branch and is responsible for supporting the Information Technology Branch. Duties include but are not limited to, Windows desktop imaging, SCCM Application deployment, Active Directory and Domain management, hardware\software support for desktop computers, video conference equipment, wireless access points, mobile and network telecommunication devices.
