We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in San Antonio. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about marketing strategy, campaign execution, and supporting a high-performing team in achieving business growth. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in coordinating projects, analyzing results, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the marketing department.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
Conduct research to support marketing strategies and identify market opportunities.
Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for internal and client meetings.
Coordinate events, client outreach initiatives, and promotional activities.
Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency.
Manage administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the marketing team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or a support role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
