Job Description

Are you a PR professional with a track record of securing impactful media coverage, or a journalist looking to leverage your storytelling expertise in a new way? If so, we'd love to hear from you. We are seeking a candidate with a knack for storytelling, media outreach and building meaningful relationships to amplify our clients' visibility. This fully remote position is part-time, with the potential to become full-time.

Please note: This is not a marketing or sales role.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in media relations and/or journalism
• Brings a strong network of media contacts across both B2B and B2C outlets
• Can demonstrate success in securing high-impact media placements
• Knows how to craft compelling pitches, press releases and media materials
• Excels at building and maintaining relationships with journalists and editors
• Is highly organized, thrives under deadlines and can manage multiple client accounts
• Has a keen understanding of industry trends and knows how to identify timely angles for coverage
• Enjoys collaborating with internal teams and clients to shape and refine messaging
• Takes initiative, solves problems independently and brings sound judgment to fast-moving situations
• Possesses native-level fluency in English

What You Will Do

As part of our team, you will:

• Develop and execute strategic media relations plans tailored to client goals
• Craft and send pitches to top-tier B2B and B2C outlets to secure interview opportunities
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with journalists, editors and other key stakeholders
• Stay on top of breaking news and emerging trends to uncover new opportunities for coverage
• Respond to media inquiries and coordinate press interviews and briefings
• Track and analyze media placements, creating reports that showcase results
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure PR efforts align with broader communication strategies
