3rd Shift Warehouse Loading Associate in Milan, Ilinois

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Location: Milan, IL

Pay: $18/hour

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse Loading Associate for a floral wholesaler. This is a physically demanding role that involves heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and may require carrying items upstairs.

Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload trucks with flowers, plants, and related products.
• Organize and store incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Prepare trucks to be ready for drivers according to schedule.
• Work efficiently while maintaining safety and clear communication with the team.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including outdoor loading areas.
• Strong work ethic with effective communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Must be on time as driver's schedule rely on loading.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• Current resume required.
