Proofreader / Quality Assurance
Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for making every word count? At Tonic3, we’re searching for a Proofreader to join our integrated in-house agency, where creatives and client partners collaborate to deliver exceptional work. As the final line of defense before content reaches audiences nationwide, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every piece is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand voice.
This is more than catching typos - it’s about protecting the integrity of a leading Fortune 500 brand and helping our creative teams deliver work that’s polished, professional, and impactful. If you thrive on precision, consistency, and collaboration, this role gives you the opportunity to shape how thousands of people experience our client’s communications across print, digital, and social platforms.
Position Overview: The Proofreader ensures that all written content is accurate, polished, and consistent across multiple channels, including client communications, marketing collateral, social media, direct mail, and more. You’ll act as a guardian of grammar, style, and brand voice, collaborating closely with writers, designers, and project managers to maintain high editorial standards in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
This range is aligned with market rates for Mid-Senior Proofreader roles across our hiring locations. While the range is competitive for in-house and mid-sized teams, final compensation will be determined based on a candidate’s skills, experience, and the value they bring to the role, with flexibility to recognize unique strengths and expertise.
