Senior Corporate Recruiter Responsibilities:
Drive full-cycle recruitment across corporate functions with an emphasis on quality hires
Work directly with senior leadership to forecast and fulfill hiring needs
Build creative sourcing strategies to connect with top talent in competitive markets
Strengthen recruiting infrastructure and implement process improvements
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture
Senior Corporate Recruiter Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth or tech-driven industries
Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Strong communicator with excellent prioritization skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Availability to work onsite in downtown Chicago at least 3 days weekly
