#### **The Opportunity**

Are you a social media savvy VA with a keen eye for design and a passion for bringing brands to life online? We are seeking a highly organized and creative Tier 2 Brand Manager VA to join our team on a part-time basis.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our clients' social media presence, managing everything from content scheduling and graphic creation to performance monitoring. You are not just a task-doer; you are a strategic partner who will actively contribute to our clients' growth. Your excellent written communication skills will be key in crafting a consistent and engaging brand voice through captions and community interactions.

#### **What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):**

* **Social Media Management:** Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google My Business, and TikTok using **Sendible**.
* **Content Creation:** Design compelling, on-brand graphics using **Canva** (with some use of Adobe Suite) and write engaging, high-quality captions with strategic hashtag research.
* **Presentation Design:** Develop professional and visually appealing **PowerPoint presentations** for client reports, strategy sessions, or internal use.
* **Multimedia Editing:** Perform basic video and audio editing for social media content (reels, shorts, audiograms), and handle photo sizing and optimization.
* **Website Support:** Update and post blog content on **WordPress** using pre-designed templates.
* **Project Coordination:** Manage your tasks and collaborate with the team effectively using our project management and communication tools: **Monday.com, Slack, Google Meet, and Google Docs.**
* **Client Growth:** Monitor social media performance and contribute to strategies aimed at increasing client engagement, reach, and overall growth.

#### **What We're Looking For (Skills & Qualifications):**

* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Brand Assistant, or similar VA role.
* Exceptional written communication skills for crafting compelling captions and professional correspondence. (Note: This is not a long-form content writing role).
* High proficiency in **Canva** is essential; basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a strong plus.
* Hands-on experience with a social media scheduling tool (we use **Sendible**, so experience with it is highly preferred).
* Familiarity with the G-Suite (**Google Docs, Meet**) and project management software like **Monday.com**.
* Experience with basic video/audio editing for social media clips.
* Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts effectively.
* A proactive and collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.

* Recording platforms like **Riverside**.
* Website platforms like **Squarespace**.
