We have an opening in OneAdmin for an operational leader with strong program management skills to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative leader to manage budgets and resources and guide multiple projects to ensure timely and effective outcomes. This role involves monitoring performance metrics, managing risks, and fostering communication across departments to support seamless, high-quality service.

This customer centric leader will focus on administrative and business support so that key stakeholders and business partners could focus on their core operations.

Key Responsibilities :

The Vice President of Mail and Print Operations is responsible for providing operational and strategic oversight for various diverse multiple programs to achieve corporate and program objectives and industry benchmarks through the effective and efficient use of available resources (budgeted funds, personnel, materials, facilities, technology/systems, time). This may include enterprise-wide mailing and printing, scanning, file and serve documents and records management or warehousing.

• Initiate and recommend (strategic) changes impacting the programs and the organization in response to legislative, regulatory and industry changes to meet competitive demands and corporate objectives and values
• Build and lead a cross-functional team of leaders and individual contributors
• Foster strong partnerships across departments with emphasis on mass mailing and printing for Claims, Policy and Legal letters and checks.
• Sponsor and oversee enterprise-wide projects to improve mailing and printing operations and equipment
• Drive change management and lead communication strategies

• Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments, such as Claims and Claims Technology
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse staff and customers
• Ability to regularly travel to Vacaville and Fresno locations

Working Conditions

The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.

Selected candidate(s) hired may be required to attend in-person Onboarding at our Vacaville office with expenses for attendance paid by State Fund.
